Schneider Electric CFO Cemal Tosun shared extremely valuable information about sustainability and the COP28 summit held in Dubai on 30 November. The worrying rate at which global emissions continue to rise and the serious threats to the target of limiting global warming to 1.5°C by 2030; a comprehensive global assessment of progress on climate action at the halfway point to the 2030 target that stood at the centre of COP28; and the intersection of climate finance and global trade were all shared in detail.
