Personal Data Processing Notice
Notice regarding processing of personal data collected on the C‑Suite Connect platform under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698, “KVKK”).
Data Controller
The C‑Suite Connect platform (“Platform”) acts as the data controller under KVKK. For any questions, contact us at aytul.sozudogru@c-suite-connect.com.
Personal Data Processed
Through the contact, membership application, event pre-registration, academy pre-registration and vendor application forms on the Platform, we process the following categories of personal data: full name, email address, phone number, company affiliation, role/title and any message or notes you provide.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating your application, contacting you regarding our events and academy programs, sending information you have requested, and providing Platform services. Processing is carried out under Article 5 of the KVKK on the basis of your explicit consent and our legitimate interest.
Data Sharing
Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary for service delivery, with our email infrastructure provider (Resend) and our hosting infrastructure provider (Cloudflare). No further data sharing with third parties takes place.
Your Rights under KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to obtain information about, request correction or deletion of, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to be informed about transfers within Türkiye or abroad. You may exercise these rights by emailing the address above.
