Neslihan Ogan Gümrükçü serves as HR Vice President for Schneider Electric’s Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, leading strategic HR transformation initiatives and ensuring that HR practices are closely aligned with business objectives.
MEA Talent and Development Leadership
In her previous role as MEA VP of Talent Management, Learning & Development, she shaped country- and cluster-specific succession planning, leadership development, talent management, and digital skills programs across the region. Senior leader career planning and coaching, as well as inclusive leadership and diversity initiatives, were developed under her guidance.
Regional HRVP Experience
Neslihan joined Schneider Electric in 2018 as Cluster HRVP for Turkey, Central Asia, and Pakistan, where she was responsible for managing the HR function across six countries. Prior to Schneider Electric, she held extensive HR leadership experience at a global pharmaceutical company.
Academic and Coaching Background
A holder of a master’s degree in psychology, Neslihan is also a certified coach, mentor, and leadership trainer, holding multiple internationally recognized assessment tool certifications.
