🎯Purpose

To provide insight, guidance and accountability through monthly structured meetings with experienced C-Level mentors, addressing the real business and leadership situations participants face.

  • Initial expectation and goal clarification session

  • Focus on one business situation + one leadership theme per session
  • Mid-programme evaluation at month 3; closing synthesis at month 6

Dr. Çağlayan Aktaş

After graduating from Anadolu Maritime Vocational High School, he completed Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. He worked at the Vienna Faculty of Medicine from 1996 to 2000, then returned to Istanbul. Between 2003 and 2013 he served as Training Manager and Training Group Manager at Novartis, and between 2013 and 2015 as HR Organizational Development Manager at Digiturk. He holds a master's degree in psychology and has completed training in Psychotherapy, Sex Therapy, Coaching, and Psychodrama Group Coaching. He delivers leadership programs to senior management at more than 160 companies across Turkey and abroad, and is a founding board member of TEGEP and a four-term board member of PERYÖN.
